Because Rapid Tac Inc. does not sell directly to retailers and end users of our products, we consider our distributors to be a key element in our business model. We review each Distributor Application carefully to ensure a good fit and a successful working relationship. We are not looking for companies who are simply clearing houses, rather we are looking to build strong partnerships within the specific industries we supply.

Key factors we consider when reviewing a potential distributor include, but are not limited to:

Professional presence in the industry or industries they supply
Knowledgeable sales professionals able to assist customers with our product line
Pro-active marketing and growth strategies
Location of outlet(s), geographical proximity to other distributors
Relevance of our products as compared with other lines carried
Efficient purchasing and accounting practices, good communication
Excellent credit references for those requesting terms

Payment Terms: 1. American Express, MasterCard and Visa – a 2% discount is given if distributor pays with credit card at the time of order. 2. Bank transfer. 3. Pre-approved Credit Terms (Net 30).

Ordering: Orders accepted via e-mail and fax. Three (3) case minimum order.

Shipping/Freight: Rapid Tac Inc. provides freight discounts to a single location within the continental U.S. that begin at 36 cases of product purchased. We will provide further details about our freight program upon approval.

Returns & Shipping Damage: All claims must be presented within 10 days. Items are not returnable unless proven defective.
